Everybody was smiling, eyes were misty, Grant had the biggest grin on his face as his fiancé, soon-to-be wife, walked down the aisle towards him. Tati’s brother and mom walked her down the aisle and I loved watching them both beam at Tati as she looked ahead and smiled at Grant. Their eyes were locked and they were so happy to say “I do.”
I first met Tatiana and Grant at a local coffee shop for their consultation. I loved Tati’s notes and list of questions she brought along with her, I could tell she was an A+ student and wanted to make sure they made sound decisions for their upcoming wedding day. From the get go Tati and Grant trusted my opinion and always came to me for my suggestions, it seriously meant the world and their wedding day ran seamlessly because they invested in their vendors to help them pull off the wedding of their dreams.
Tati chose romantic details that were feminine and classic. It was all very fairy tale-esque, I loved the purple touches in the bridesmaid gowns, florals and uplighting. Tati was also my first bride ever…and maybe in history, that had TWO wedding gowns to choose from on her wedding day. I showed up and was taking detail photos and became so confused when I saw both gowns hanging up. “Ummm which one should I take photos of?!” The answer was both because the bride was to make a game time decision. It was all very exciting. In the end, Tati tried on the gown that gave her the happiest feelings first and decided then and there that that was The One. I’ve never seen another gown like it, the back was completely open save for intricate bead work that attached both sides, it was very Great Gatsby and so elegant. Everyone gasped when they saw her in it all day long. Tati definitely made the right decision. It was the perfect gown to party the night away with their friends and family, nobody left the dance floor all night long.
