All of you may remember Corey and Aaron from one of my most beautiful engagement sessions of all time. It took place about 10 months before their wedding day out on Aaron’s family’s property in Caldwell, Texas where Corey and Aaron first met during college.
Alex and I were stoked to photograph their wedding day, they’re both such kind-hearted, genuine people and are so gosh darn easy to photograph. like literal J Crew models these two. Something I took away from their wedding day were the speeches from the bridal party at their reception. SO MANY of their bridal party members stood up to say heartfelt and loving words about this duo. There were so many beautiful stories, kind words, and not one ounce of sarcasm. Don’t get me wrong, I love some sarcasm, but these speeches didn’t need any of that. It spoke to me what a truly beautiful couple Corey and Aaron are. So many happy tears and words of encouragement for these two. It was so special.
Corey and Aaron were married at the lush and gorgeous Casa Blanca in Cedar Park, Texas in late April. Despite it being late April which is usually very warm in central Texas it was quite chilly on their wedding day. I remember having to go back in the house right before we were supposed to leave to put on a long sleeve dress and black leggings. Thanks to a healthy dose of adrenaline these two handled the chilliness like rock stars and made us all who were watching so thankful they found each other years prior and charged through all those years of long distance hand in hand. We are so happy for you Corey and Aaron, best of luck in the future!!
