This sweet and simple wedding was just so beautiful. Katie and Alex are perfect for each other and I’m so happy they had me along for the ride. It was my first time photographing at Mercury Hall, goodness that venue is gorgeous. It’s one of my new favorites around Austin. This day was for saying “I Do.”, enjoying friends and family, and eating cake.
This toast given by Katie’s grandfather was so heartfelt and even made me misty eyed.
Loved this wedding, I was there for 4 hours and captured so many amazing moments. Another something I loved about their wedding was I was able to photograph the entire event in natural light…that’s a first for a wedding. It was my first cake cutting and toast giving with no speed light. Me likey. Congratulations to the happy couple, you two are wonderful together!
