Kelly and Kyle’s love story started years and years before their wedding day. Kyle gave an extremely sweet speech at their reception outlining the timeline of events and it was all very heartfelt and hilarious.
Kyle has had a crush on Kelly for over half his life despite geography being a huge issue. He crushed on her from afar and then one day he summoned the courage to Facebook message her. She responded…one YEAR later! Haha! Kyle thanked Kelly for always encouraging him and motivating him to be his best self.
These love birds were so completely excited to be marrying one another, I was able to capture so many moments throughout their big day of them gazing at one another while the other one was unaware. Swoon!
Two of my favorite moments from the day… 1) When Kelly asked me in the getting ready suite of her hotel if I could bring her gorgeous, amazing, very fancy wedding dress to the church because she wasn’t sure how it’d fair in the shuttle. I have to admit, I was a wee bit nervous with this ginormous responsibility, but thankfully my Honda Fit got us both to the church on time and in one piece. And 2) When Kelly’s dad wrote and sang her an original song during their reception. It could have been one of the sweetest moments I’ve seen from a bride’s father. You could tell he poured his entire heart and soul into the performance.
Kelly and Kyle honeymooned in Thailand, um JEALOUS, and had such a fantastic getaway as husband and wife.
Congratulations you two, I’m so incredibly happy for you both!
