Mindy + Austin

Mindy and Austin’s late October wedding was extra extra beautiful. The setting (hey Ladybird Wildflower Center), the couple, the details, and OMG the light. It was the perfect Austin, fall day. It was cool but not cold and the light was oh so special. I was talking about it ’til the sunset and man oh man did it make all their photographs glow.

I met Mindy and Austin for the first time at their engagement session. Go here to check it out if you’re curious. I was excited the moment I met them, Mindy is full of enthusiasm and is oh so gorgeous. Austin is more reserved than his wife and has kind and thoughtful eyes. I loved having them both in front of my camera, we took some beautiful portraits. I just knew their wedding would be no different. As soon as I wrapped up photographing their big day I couldn’t wait to share the images to the world.

Mindy and Austin’s ceremony was so special, the couple opted out of a first look, they both wanted the excitement of seeing each other to happen minutes before they said “I do.” Austin had his back turned the entire time as Mindy approached the aisle with her father. The pastor had him turn around when she was just yards away from him. It was so cool and everyone was either crying or beaming ear to ear.
