This sweet and intimate ceremony between Ruchie and Anthony was so special and I’m honored to have been able to capture it. The day began at the stunning Chapel Dulcinea located in Dripping Springs, Texas with an astonishing view of the Texas hill country. The light on this specific day was magical. There was a brooding sky with deep grays and royal blues looming above us, that being said, the sun habitually peeked out and illuminated everyone and everything in the most gorgeous light. I was in love. Right when it was time for this gorgeous couple to exchange vows a light sprinkle started and we simply took cover beneath the beautiful stone chapel while Ruchie and Anthony tied the knot. As soon as they said “I do” the sprinkles halted and we were able to step out into the ethereal light and continue with photos. It was perfect.
Let’s talk just a bit about Ruchie’s beautiful dress and jewelry. Her gown was ornate and simple at the same time and was the perfect dress to pay homage to her Indian heritage amidst a western ceremony. And her jewelry…Oh My Gosh. Her jewelry deserved its very own photo shoot and I could have taken photos of that gorgeous blue ring all day long.
Thank you so much Ruchie and Anthony for being so fun and easy going on your wedding day. Everything ran so smoothly but these two were up for whatever and were so low key about it all. It was apparent that the most important thing to each of them was that they were saying “Yes” to forever with their partner.
